VSS Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR), commonly known by its earlier name V.S.S. Medical College and Hospital, is a government medical institution located in Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha. Established in 1959, the institute has developed into an important centre for medical education, healthcare services and research in the region.
